1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, improve, and personalize our Services. The types of information include:

Personal Information You Provide:

  • Account Information: When you create an account, book a session, or purchase a membership/pass, we collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, billing address, and payment details (e.g., credit card information, processed via third-party providers like Stripe).

  • Health and Booking Details: For safety, you may provide health-related information (e.g., medical conditions, allergies) during registration or check-in. We also collect session preferences, such as sauna or cold plunge time slots.

  • Correspondence: If you contact us via email, phone, contact forms, or social media, we collect the content of your messages and associated details.

  • Information Collected Automatically:

  • Usage Data: When you use the Website or App, we collect device information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system), usage patterns (e.g., pages visited, time spent), and location data (if enabled) to enhance your experience.

  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tools to track interactions, remember preferences, and analyze trends. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

  • Information from Third Parties:

  • Integrated Services: If you log in via Facebook, Google, or similar platforms, we receive your name, email, profile picture, and other publicly available data as permitted by those services.

  • Payment Processors: Third-party providers share transaction confirmations but not full card details.

  • Partners: For promotions or events, we may receive contact information from co-hosts, subject to their privacy policies.

We do not collect sensitive information (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, political opinions) unless voluntarily provided for health/safety purposes during bookings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process bookings, payments, and memberships (e.g., recurring billing for monthly passes).

  • Provide and personalize Services, such as recommending sauna temperatures or cold plunge durations based on your history.

  • Communicate updates, confirmations, promotions, or safety reminders (e.g., hydration tips pre-session).

  • Improve our Services: Analyze usage to refine experiences, like optimizing free-flow session schedules.

  • Comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in these limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With vendors for hosting (e.g., AWS), payments, email delivery (e.g., Mailchimp), or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), bound by confidentiality.

  • Business Transfers: In mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, your data may transfer to the new entity.

  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights/safety (e.g., reporting health incidents).

  • With Your Consent: For promotions or third-party events, we’ll notify you of their privacy practices.

  • Aggregated Data: Anonymized usage stats may be shared for research or marketing.

For international users, data may be transferred to Canada or the U.S., where privacy laws differ. We ensure adequate protections.
