A thermal cycle is the intentional rotation between heat (sauna), cold (plunge), and rest. This contrast boosts circulation, eases stress, and gives you that “I feel unstoppable” feeling. Most guests repeat the cycle 2–4 times during a session.

You’ll move between our wood-burning sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor rest areas at your own pace. The environment is calm, peaceful, and social in a low-pressure way — think meeting new people, sipping warm tea between rounds, and enjoying fresh air while you reset your mind and body.

A typical session is 70 minutes. This gives you enough time for multiple thermal cycles, without feeling rushed.

The cold plunge is optional. If you want to stick to the sauna or do shorter dips, that’s totally fine. You’re in control of your experience.

It’s self-directed, but we’re always nearby to guide you, answer questions, or walk you through your first cold plunge if you want support.

Each of our wood-fired saunas holds up to 8 people, and we run two saunas at a time, so sessions can accommodate up to 16 guests total. If you’re looking for a private experience, you can contact us directly to book a private session or event.

Yes, all sessions are co-ed. If you’re coming with a friend or partner, you’re welcome to cycle together.

We do not currently have showers on-site. If you’re heading out afterward, we recommend leaving yourself time to shower at home or back at your hotel before a night out. Another great option is to visit Stoked after dinner and make it part of a slower evening reset.

Yes, after 3:00 PM, guests can choose from one of two food options for an additional fee: • Kale Greens with toasted cashews, sun-dried soleggiati tomatoes, and double-smoked bacon or • Pan-seared Iberico chorizo with a red wine, shallot, and garlic sauce, served with baguette Guests can also choose one beverage: • Beer • Wine by the glass • Baileys and hot chocolate
