How does the experience work?

Life tends to be a little stressful. We at Stoked Sauna Co. provide guided sauna experiences to bring a community of people together in a beautiful outdoor setting to enjoy the amazing benefits of traditional sauna. Our sauna guides teach and guide you through an experience that will leave you de-stressed and ready for the best nights sleep you’ve ever experienced.
What is the pricing for a Stoked & Chill Session?

Stoked & Chill sessions start at $95.00. We also offer a multi-visit pass and a monthly membership that offers unlimited visits. Learn more about pricing and book now here.
What is included?

All of our experiences include: Changing rooms Highest quality wood-fired sauna experience Trained sauna guide to help teach you the wellness benefits, how to, and history of sauna. Custom food and beverage menu (click here for more info on current menu) Time to rest, rejuvenate, and enjoy the many benefits of heat and cold exposure
How do I prepare for my experience?

Hydrate before, during and after your experience. We can’t stress enough how much proper hydration will enhance the experience.
What do I bring?

Towel, bathing suit, flip flops, a couple of warm layers (Hoodie or a Robe) depending on the outdoor temperature, water bottle and your favourite winter hat.
What if I forget my towel or water bottle?

We will have cups and fresh drinking water available. Rest assured, the cups are meticulously sanitized between every use for your safety and convenience. Additionally, towels are available to rent for a non-refundable fee of $5.
Do you have booking package discounts?

Yes, we have created options for those who want the experience multiple times per month. Learn more about passes and memberships here.

When are you open?

November 17th - April 6th Thursday - 6pm - 9pm Friday - 6pm - 9pm Saturday - 11am - 8pm Sunday - 11am - 6:30pm
What food & drink is available?

Stoked Sauna co. visitors receive 10% off the entire food menu at The Bank Gastropub located in the Frontenac Club. The Bank serves Bites & Small Plates created with locally sourced products in comfortable, vibrant environment to unwind and socialize. Click to learn more. Starting Feb 8th, 2024, The Bank will have regular hours: 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM (last reservation time).
Can I transition into the Frontenac Club after my Stoked & Chill Session?

Yes, of course you can! The fabulous staff of The Frontenac Club would be happy to have you in for a drink and bite to eat after your session.
Where do I park?

There is ample street parking all around the downtown core. Please note that the hotel parking lot is reserved for overnight guests.
